The cellar has been designed to preserve the highest integrity and richness of the must and the wine, through the use of appropriate, non-invasive farming techniques.
Here we transform grapes into must and then wine with the help of advanced technology, assisting us along this process that seems so simple, yet is so complex, combining technique, history and tradition.
We attend to our 13 hectares (32 acres) of vineyards with meticulous care and watching them grow proud and luxuriant is a source of great satisfaction.
Our fine collection includes native regional grapes — Pecorino, Passerina, Verdicchio, Lacrima and Montepulciano — and a selection of international varieties — Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Syrah and Pinot Noir — chosen for their potential to produce their finest qualities in our terroir.
