Franco Franco is a purely vinified Pecorino, with the harvested time chosen “ad hoc” in order to have a bigger structure and strenght.
It is a wine coming from the tradition, the aging in small barriques gives a final mature taste.
It is a warm white wine, full of sensorial emotions such as fruity and spicy: it is perfect to be tasted alone or for a pairing with the most rich and elaborated courses of Mediterranean cuisine courses.
