What we use is healthy, genuine and km0 ingredients, easily available in the Officina del Sole vegetable garden, rich in vegetables, seasonal vegetables and medicinal plants.
It starts with a journey through the flavors of the Marche tradition to move towards a new, more refined and accurate style, a special alchemy that will make your experience unique.
The Wine Tasting
Officina del Sole offers tasting tours with the wines of our Cellar, accompanied by pitted extra virgin olive oil of its own production, apricot and plum jams and a selection of typical local products.
