Sauvignon and Passerina: two grapes that are rarely seen together. We have made them become friends to innovate tradition and create the “0 moment” to launch the distinctive character of this wine. Leiè is young wine, a free spirit, original, alternative, yet constantly faithful to the highest standards of winemaking.
Grapes: 50% Passerina, 50% Sauvignon
Elevation: 356 m (1168 ft) above sea level
Winemaking: Grapes were hand-harvested in different periods: Sauvignon during the second ten days of August, Passerina during the last ten days of September. Matured in stainless steel tanks for 4 months
Alcohol: 12%
